About DR Shahid Iqbal

Dr. Shahid Iqbal brings with him an impressive more than 2 decades of experience in the field, having served at prestigious institutions. He completed his FCPS in Neurology. Over the past many years, Dr. Shahid Iqbal has been a key member of the Ministry of Health (MOH) team at Sultan Qaboos Hospital (SQH) in Salalah.

Dr. Iqbal is renowned for his expertise in managing acute stroke and performing thrombolysis. His skills extend to both in-patient and out-patient diagnosis and management, as well as handling acute neurological emergencies. Additionally, he is experienced in managing critically ill patients in the ICU and other critical care settings. His extensive background and specialized training make him a valuable asset to our hospital and a trusted resource for comprehensive neurological care.
